VI) DEMONSTRATION RESISTOR NETWORK

Below is a graphical representation of an actual Ohmega-Ply® sample reflecting a range of resistor values using 25 ohm resistive material.

The values would be 4 times greater using 100 ohm material, 10 times greater using 250 ohm material and 40 times greater using 1000 ohm material.

If you'd like an actual sample to test, please call our technical sales department at 310-559-4400 to discuss your specific application and we'll be happy to send you one.

(25 ohms per square)

R1, R2 are partial square resistors.

R3, R4 are multiple square resistors used in analog, digital and RF applications.

R5, R6, R7 are terninating resistors for high speed logic applications.

R8, R9, R10 are high density BGA series and parallel termination resistors. Referred to as "Dogbone" resistors.

R11, R12, R13 are high density BGA series and parallel termination resistors. Referred to as "Elbow" resistors.

R14, R15, R16 are higher value resistors used in digital applications with limited "real estate." Referred to as "Wraparound" resistors.

R17, R18 are higher value meander resistors. R17 also contains ladder networks for trimming to tight tolerances as required in some digital and analog applications.
